Once upon a time the “Prosciutto di Parma fest”, a historic date in langhirano to honor “the King of salami”, that in 1998 became the “Festival of Prosciutto di Parma”, an annual event planned every September.
The Prosciutto di Parma festival is celebrated every year in Langhirano at the beginning of September, with a rich calendar of gastronomic and cultural events: high quality markets, art exhibitions, meetings with the authors and others cultural figures, varies activities for children, street performers, concerts and fashion shows.
