Pic-nic in the vineyard

Guided tour of the wine cellar starting from the panoramic terrace and learning about the territorial aspect, production approach, types of grape varieties. Subsequent move to the cellar and explanation of the production steps, various processing techniques. End in the barrique cellar, the beating heart of the cellar where the finest wines are aged in French oak barrels and majestic terracotta amphorae. Duration approx. 45 minutes.

This is followed by the handover of the picnic basket and tablecloth for free time between the rows. The basket contains: a selection of mixed local cold cuts, Parmesan cheese and fresh cheese, bread and focaccia, a slice of sweet cake, a small bottle of water, compostable cutlery, 1 bottle of wine for every 2 people.
